• Branding and Identity Design
• Technical Support
• Digital Consulting
• Project Management

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Supply required materials and content on time
• Communicate approvals and feedback promptly
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Delays resulting from missing content, incomplete information, or delayed approvals may affect project timelines and delivery.

3. Payments

• Project pricing will be agreed upon before work begins
• Deposits may be required before project commencement
• Remaining balances are due according to agreed milestones
• Late payments may result in delivery delays

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions outside the original scope may require extra charges and may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. digizira reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect all confidential business information shared during projects and will not disclose such information without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

digizira shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential business losses
• Failures of third-party platforms or services
• Delays caused by client inaction or late responses
• Security breaches outside our reasonable control

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination may be billable, and outstanding balances must be settled accordingly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
